These cinnamon sugar biscuits are so easy even Griffin could make them…

Only 4 ingredients: flaky biscuits, cinnamon, sugar, and melted butter.

And less than 5 minutes to put it all together.

It makes for the best breakfast in bed for Valentine’s Day. Or a quick, easy, and freaking delicious breakfast for your kids + friends after a sleepover. Also great for family visiting in town. And perfect to take to a Galentine’s party!

We also love to eat them for dessert… warmed up in the microwave. YUM.

It’s really important you use flaky biscuits!!!

Not homestyle! Homestyle biscuits are more like one solid piece of dough. Which doesn’t allow the butter or cinnamon sugar to get in all the nooks and crannies.

Flaky biscuits are layered biscuits that flake apart when cooked. And when you combine the the flaky layers + melted butter + cinnamon sugar… it creates the most amazing melt in your mouth situation.

Other Fun Breakfast Ideas:

  • Dunk each biscuit into the butter on both sides. Then dunk the biscuit into the cinnamon sugar on both sides.
  • Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.

  • Store in the refrigerator for up to a week. Reheat in the microwave when you want to eat a leftover biscuit.
