Slow Cooker/Crockpot

I love this slow cooker because you can sear meat IN this slow cooker. And it’s huge so it can feed a crowd!

High Powdered Blender

I used it for making sauces, vinaigrettes, smooth soups, mashed cauliflower, butternut squash mac and cheese, and smoothies. I have had multiple versions of the Vitamix and I don’t think the higher tech versions are necessary! The most important part is the super sharp blade on any Vitamix.

Mini Blender

I love this for making small batch dressings, pestos, appetizer dips, and other sauces that aren’t enough volume to get above the big Vitamix blade.

Stand Mixer

Those hand held mixers are a serious arm workout. I like the 5-quart size because it can fit a double batch of cookies if needed.

Waffle Iron

I’d choose waffles over pancakes any day. This waffle iron makes the best and biggest Belgium-style waffles ever.

Pots and Pans

PSA: You don’t need all the pots/pans that come in a pots and pan set. I much prefer selecting the specific pots you will get the most use out of. That way you can get a few nice pots and save cabinet space.
