Kitchen Essentials

High Powered Blender
I used it for making sauces, vinaigrettes, smooth soups, mashed cauliflower, butternut squash mac and cheese, and smoothies. I have had multiple versions of the Vitamix and I don’t think the higher tech versions are necessary! The most important part is the super sharp blade on any Vitamix.
Heavy Duty Dutch Oven
You can use a 6 3/4-quart dutch oven for everything you would make in a dutch oven or a cast iron… Buffalo chicken dip, baked casseroles, baked meatballs, meatloaf, baked pastas, soups, stews, chilis, and so much more. You can even boil pasta in it if you don’t have a large pot.
Non-Stick Oven Safe Skillet
I always go for oven safe skillet so I can go straight from the stove to the oven with one dish.

Countertop Appliances
All the essentials you can keep on your counter top… or store away if keeping things on the counter isn’t your thing!!! 🙂
Pots and Pans
PSA: You don’t need all the pots/pans that come in a pots and pan set. I much prefer selecting the specific pots you will get the most use out of. That way you can get a few nice pots and save cabinet space.
Bakeware
Everything you need to bake anything in your oven. Baking sheets, baking pans, and multi-purpose baking items.
