Total Time: 25 minutes
Servings: 8 biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 (16.3 oz) can Flaky Layers Biscuits (I like Pillsbury)
  • 4 Tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter
  • 3/4 cup cinnamon sugar (or 3/4 cup sugar + 1 Tablespoon cinnamon)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Make sure your baking sheet has edges so the butter doesn't drip off the pan!
  • In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave.
  • In another small bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar.
  • Dunk each biscuit into the butter on both sides. Then dunk the biscuit into the cinnamon sugar on both sides.
  • Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuits have a golden crust.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to a week. Reheat in the microwave when you want to eat a leftover biscuit.
