Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Make sure your baking sheet has edges so the butter doesn't drip off the pan!
In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave.
In another small bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar.
Dunk each biscuit into the butter on both sides. Then dunk the biscuit into the cinnamon sugar on both sides.
Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuits have a golden crust.
Store in the refrigerator for up to a week. Reheat in the microwave when you want to eat a leftover biscuit.
