Yogurt Parfait with Granola

Yogurt Parfait with Granola – these are my favorite quick and easy recipe to make for a Christmas brunch, couple’s shower, bridal shower, and holiday brunch!

Yogurt Parfait with Granola

These are my favorite to make for a brunch party!! They are so cute and I get these disposable cups from Amazon. They come with little spoons. So they are perfect for a party!!!

What is a yogurt parfait made of?

It sounds fancy, but it’s just layers of yogurt, fruit, and granola. I like Kind brand granola for these yogurt parfaits. It’s is extra crunchy. So it stays crunchy when the guests eat it after having sit out for a little.

I use our fruit dip recipe for the yogurt part. The cool whip + pudding makes the yogurt so light and fluffy. It’s so delicious. And a little more special than just using yogurt.

What to add to this yogurt parfait with granola?

I like strawberries for Christmas time. Because it makes it look so festive!! But you could add any fruit you like. Blueberries would be delicious!

Can you make this ahead of time?

You can make the yogurt part ahead of time. Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate until ready to assemble.

I wouldn’t assemble the parfaits until you’re about to serve. They will last through a party. But the granola may get soggy if you assemble them the night before.

What else to make for a brunch?

Our hashbrown casserole!

An egg casserole.

A cheese board or grazing board would be a great addition! Specifically… this Christmas charcuterie board!

And a punch. If it’s Christmas time, you could make our Christmas punch.
