Grilled Ranch Chicken – A 4 ingredient marinade including ranch dressing, ranch seasoning, garlic, and chicken!

This grilled ranch chicken is made with 4 ingredients!

  • Ranch dressing
  • Ranch seasoning – The ranch seasoning gives some extra ranch flavor!
  • Garlic
  • Chicken

You can grill or broil these kebabs

Obviously you can grill these! Make these on the grill results in a super juicy grilled chicken.

But you can also broil the kebabs if you don’t have a grill or the weather isn’t great!

To broil the kebabs, heat the broiler on medium broil. Transfer the kebabs to a prepared baking sheet lined with foil and broil for 25-30 minutes, flipping once or twice. If the sticks begin to burn, I cover the exposed stick on the bottom with an extra piece of foil.

I also make a tomatillo avocado ranch sauce on the side for even more ranch flavor!

When the chicken is cooking, this awesome tomatillo avocado ranch can be made in the blender. This sauce couldn’t be simpler! Throw everything into a blender and blend until smooth. That simple!

If you don’t have time to make the sauce, you could also serve these with BBQ sauce!

Grilled Ranch Chicken

Ingredients

For the marinade:

  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 1 oz Packet Ranch Seasoning
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1.5 lb chicken tenderloins

For the Tomatillo Avocado Ranch Sauce (optional):

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped cilantro
  • 1 poblano pepper roughly chopped
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tomatillo quartered
  • 1 lime juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Submerge 6 skewers into a baking dish filled with water until ready to thread chicken and vegetables. This will prevent skewers from burning.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together Roasted Garlic Ranch, ranch seasoning, and garlic cloves.
  • Cut the chicken tenderloins into 1 1/2-inch chunks and fold into marinade. Cover and allow to marinate for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat oven on medium broil. Line a large baking sheet with foil. Set aside.
  • Thread the chicken onto six presoaked wooden skewers. Transfer to prepared baking sheet and place in oven to roast. Roast for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through, flipping every 10 minutes.

To make the tomatillo avocado ranch:

  • Add the avocado ranch, cilantro, poblano, avocado, tomatillo, and lime juice to a blender and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper, Transfer to a small dish and refrigerate until chicken is done.
  • Once chicken is done, serve with avocado ranch sauce and a side salad if desired.
