Rosé Spritzer
Rosé Spritzer – made with rosé, vodka, lemon juice, lemonade powder, and soda water. It’s the perfect summer drink!

This spritz is my go-to summer cocktail! If you love bubbles, rosé, and lemon, then you will love this cocktail.
What is a “Spritz”?
It’s typically prosecco, something bitter and soda water. I do sparkling rose instead of prosseco. Then lemon juice for the bitters. The result is a super refreshing summer drink!
I made a Rosé Spritzer lighter by using Crystal light lemonade and zero sugar wine…
First, a typical spritz has simple syrup in it. But I switch out the simple syrup for Crystal Light lemonade powder to keep the sweet flavor.
I also use Bev Rosé canned wine. It’s a zero sugar wine – which is a bonus. Because the dryness in Bev Rosé tastes tastes better in this spritz vs. the sweet ones. Because the dryness pairs well with the sweet lemon flavors without making it overwhelmingly sweet. It also has a little bit of bubbles in it, so it adds to the spritz fizziness!
You can find Bev at almost every Target or on Bev’s website. If you can’t find it, the rose you use does matter! Make sure you get a very dry sparkling rose.

When to serve a spritzer?
Grilled dinners, like these turkey burgers and this steak.
Summer salads, like this watermelon salad or this summer fruit chopped salad.
Light dips and appetizers, like this mediterranean dip appetizer or ricotta dip.
Summer desserts, like these strawberry shortcake cups or peach crisp with salted caramel.
