Strawberry Brownie Kebabs

Strawberry Brownie Kebabs – the cutest Valentine’s treat! Super easy and made with boxed brownie mix. Perfect for a Galentine’s brunch.

Strawberry brownie kebabs drizzled with chocolate

This recipe reminds me of a chocolate covered strawberry, but so much better.

To make the hearts…

I use the smallest heart cookie cutter I can find. Look for one that’s 1-inch!

Recipe modifications

I use a boxed brownie mix in this recipe. But you could definitely make homemade brownies. Nothing really beats a boxed brownie though. And you can’t beat how easy it makes this recipe.

You could use a star cookie cutter instead of the heart one for a 4th of July treat! Add some marshmallows and blueberries to make it even more American colors and festive.

Can these strawberry brownie kebabs be made ahead of time?

You can definitely make the brownies and cut them + the strawberries the day before. But I wouldn’t make the kebabs too far in advance. This will prevent the brownies from soaking up the strawberry juices!

Other valentine’s recipes…

If you’re going to a Galentine’s day party… these cookies and cream white chocolate covered pretzels would be so fun for snacking! Or our favorite fruit dip. Or these heart shaped oreo truffles!
