sliced and toasted (plain, everything, or any other flavor)

Tablespoons
cream cheese
(You could also mix in 1 Tablespoon sun-dried tomato pesto to 8 oz of cream cheese for extra flavor)

red onion, chopped
(or pickled onions)
sprouts or arugula
fresh basil
capers
Instructions
Spread cream cheese evenly over bagel and layer with remaining ingredients.
