In a large skillet over high heat, cook two tablespoons of olive oil, lemon, garlic, Brussels sprouts, and green onions.
Once the Brussels Sprouts are nicely browned transfer to a plate and set aside.
Add 1 Tablespoon of olive oil and place on high heat and sear the Sea Scallops (about 3-4 minutes on each side) (salt and pepper both sides as you like)
Top the Brussels Sprouts with the Seared Scallops and sprinkle the chopped Applewood Smoked Bacon.....Enjoy
