Spread Greek yogurt on the bottom of an 8x8 dish or 9-inich pie dish.
Drop spoonfuls of hummus all over the greek yogurt. Gently spread in an even layer.
Sprinkle on shallot, cucumbers, roasted red bell peppers, tomatoes, feta cheese, and parsley.
Serve with triscuits, pita chips, whole-grain crackers, or carrots chips.
