Blackened Corn

A delicious charred corn recipe with homemade blackened seasoning! Made in a skillet in under 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon orange marmalade
  • 3/4 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  • 3/4 teaspoon creole seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 (10 oz) packages frozen corn (or 8 corn on the cobs)

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium high heat, add all of the ingredients.
  • Saute for 4-5 minutes, or until the corn is warmed through and the blackened seasoning gets sticky.
