Bacon Guacamole
Classic guacamole topped with diced green chiles, cheese, cherry tomatoes, and crispy bacon!

Ingredients
For the guacamole:

ripe avocados
1/3
cup
fresh chives, chopped
1/2
cup
cilantro, roughly chopped
2
limes, juiced
Kosher salt
Toppings:
1
(4 oz) can green chiles
1
pint
cherry tomatoes, diced
3
Tablespoons
crumbled cotija
(Or crumbled feta)
4-5
strips of bacon crumbled
For serving:
Tortilla Chips
Instructions
For the guacamole:
Combine all the guacamole ingredients in a large bowl. Mash with a meat masher until desired consistency. Taste and add more salt if desired.
For the toppings:
Top with all the toppings and serve with tortilla chips
