Christmas Punch – This is the best big batch holiday cocktail! Made of juice, vodka, Cointreau, and champagne! Takes less than 5 minutes to prep!
This is the perfect holiday cocktail for every single holiday gathering. A Christmas brunch. Or a cookie exchange. Maybe a Christmas pre-game? Christmas party. Christmas Eve. Or Christmas morning. All of the above are suitable occasions to consume this drink!!!
You can scale the punch up in serving size or down to 1 serving.
Cranberry-pomegranate juice, orange juice, lime juice, vodka, Cointreau (an orange liquor), and champagne.
If you use light cranberry pomegranate juice and light orange juice. So then the total juice calories are around 10 calories. And the rest of the calories are from pure alcohol. Goodbye vodka soda?! Because this version makes this punch ~almost~ guilt free!
You can use cranberry juice if you can’t find cranberry-pomegrantae juice! It will change the color to a light red/orange. Because pomegranate juice is pretty dark. But it will be fine!
You can also use all vodka if you can’t find triple sec. Just do 2 oz of vodka instead of 1 oz vodka and 1 oz triple sec. I would add a little extra cranberry-pom juice. Triple sec is a lot sweeter than vodka.
Yes! To make this ahead of time, combine the cranberry-pomegranate juice, orange juice, lime juice, vodka, and Cointreau. Stir that together and refrigerate until you’re ready to serve. Then top it off with champagne when it’s time to serve.
My mom has an annual Christmas brunch every year. And we do egg casserole, hashbrown casserole, yogurt parfaits using this recipe as the yogurt base, and a Santa cheeseboard!
P.S. This would also be great with a Christmas dinner tenderloin or prime rib!
