Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette (Copycat)

tablespoons
red wine vinegar
1/4
cup
honey

cup
vegetable oil

teaspoon
dried oregano
1-1/2
teaspoons
salt
½
teaspoon
ground black pepper
2
chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, plus some of the sauce

garlic cloves, roughly chopped
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed.
Transfer to an airtight container and set aside.
Do not refrigerate or the oil will solidify.
