Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette (Copycat)

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, plus some of the sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and set aside.
  • Do not refrigerate or the oil will solidify.
