Yogurt:
- 1 (32 ounce) container Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
- 1 (3.4 ounce) box dry instant vanilla pudding mix
Yogurt:
In a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, combine the vanilla yogurt, Cool Whip, and pudding.
Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate overnight so the pudding mix can thicken.
Parfait:
In each parfait cup layer, starting with the bottom:1 tablespoon granola3 Tablespoons yogurt (I fill the yogurt in a plastic bag, cut the tip off and pipe into each cup)1 Tablespoon granola1 Tablespoon strawberries3 Tablespoons yogurt1 Tablespoon strawberriesSprinkle of granola
