Perfectly Seasoned Oven Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Pass on the french fries and whip up a batch of these perfectly roasted sweet potatoes. We all know that sweet potatoes are at the top of everyone’s healthiest food list. This glam flavor combo will give you a real guilt-free crowd pleaser!
This recipe is so easy that anyone can master these perfectly roasted sweet potatoes. I should also add that it is not only healthy, it is simple and delicious!
Roasting allows for some of the moisture to evaporate creating a slight crunchiness while caramelizing the flavor. Don’t worry the inside will stay soft and tasty.
You won’t be able to resist them!
Normally I roast my sweet potatoes with a little olive oil and Kosher salt but this seasoning is just so delicious and really equally as easy that I think I’ll be doing this recipe from now on.
Warning – your house is going to smell absolutely delicious. Expect everyone to come running when the flavors start sizzling into the potatoes! The first time I made them I think my son ate half of them before I had a chance to grab some of my own and sit down!
I can’t wait for you to try these – even people that do not normally like sweet potatoes will love these. Try them as a side dish, on Meatless Mondays, with a dip or as a snack! Leave a comment and let us know how you like them!
Don’t forget about all the vitamin A, C, and beta carotene this dish delivers! I like to think when I eat these that my skin and vision are thanking me 🙂
Enjoy!

I’ll admit, I will eat anything that is a vehicle for ketchup. I love sweet potatoes, though, and the mix of sweet spices is perfect. I definitely will try this next time!
