There is no denying our sweet tooth – but, we try to stay away from unhealthy, high-sugar choices.   The combination of awesomeness, deliciousness, creaminess and healthiness make this recipe a must-try.

You might be wondering – if this recipe doesn’t use ice cream how do you get it so creamy?  This milkshake tastes so good that you will have a hard time convincing even yourself that there is actually no ice cream in here. Ripe, frozen bananas with Chocolate Almond Milk will make you feel like you are really “treating” yourself…….when you are secretly giving your body a healthy snack.

I think this is especially a great recipe for kids.  We need to help our kids eat healthier and become more aware and this recipe lets them have a delicious summertime treat without all the calories and bad things that a traditional milkshake brings to their bodies.  #WINNING!

5-Ingredient Skinny S'mores Milkshakes

Enjoy the summertime heat with this EASY, SKINNY milkshake!  This super simple S’mores Milkshake concoction is our secret to making an unbeatable, healthy, delicious milkshake.

Ingredients:

3 ripe large bananas, peeled, cut into chunks, & frozen
1/4 cup chocolate almond milk (such as Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Chocolate Milk)
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
3 Tablespoon sugar
(optional) Mini marshmallows and chocolate fudge sauce, for topping

Directions:

  1. Blend the frozen banana chunks and milk together until thick, creamy, and smooth – about 4 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
  2. Add the graham crackers, cocoa powder, and sugar and blend for 1 minute. Pour into glass and top with mini marshmallows and chocolate fudge sauce if desired.
