Easter Chocolate Covered Strawberry in chocolate dirt! Super easy, no bake, and 5-ingredients! Perfect for making with kids!
These are inspired by those dirt and worms cups we used to make as kids. But we’re doing chocolate covered strawberries instead of gummy worms. 1) Because it’s cuter and 2) because tastes better too. I never really thought gummy worms went well in chocolate pudding. But I did think the concept was cool.
These are so cute and delicious. The chocolate pudding is like a fruit dip for your strawberry.
I use these orange candy melts to get an orange chocolate dipped strawberry.
No! They actually do better when you dip them at room temperature.
You also don’t want to wash the strawberries right before dipping in chocolate. The water from washing will cause the chocolate to not adhere to the strawberry. If you do need to wash the strawberries, make sure you let them dry completely before dipping.
To minimize sweating, place a couple sheets of paper towels into the bottom of an airtight container. Store the strawberries on top of the paper towels. If you need to store multiple layers of strawberries, place pieces of wax paper or parchment paper between the layers.
These Easter cupcakes would also be great for taking to an Easter Egg hunt or a kid’s Easter classroom party.
Fruit dip is great if you don’t need something super Easter themed to bring!
And this carrot cake will be a show stopper at any Easter gathering!
